After years of only doing this with my 1:1 clients, I’ve created a place where anyone can access and practice them! If you’re a current client of mine, these visualizations are the perfect way to supplement our work together.
If you’re new to this process, start with the Body Awareness visualization — it’s the perfect exercise for those who are just starting a mindful in-body practice.
BODY AWARENESS VISUALIZATION : A simple visualization to help you ground + connect with your body. We’ll walk through recognizing, being with, and learning what our physical sensations + emotions are trying to tell us.
WISER SELF VISUALIZATION : A powerful visualization where you meet + converse with your wiser, older self. Ideal for building a compassionate, loving relationship with yourself — especially during times of high self-criticism or self-judgement.
KALI VISUALIZATION : Kali — the goddess of closing cycles + slicing away that which stands in the way of being our truest, purest selves — brings her potent energy into this visualization. Using the goddess’ energy to guide you, this visualization will allow you to shed that which no longer serves you, to make room for that which does.
“FEEDING YOUR DEMON” VISUALIZATION : This visualization will guide you through the entire “Feeding Your Demon” process, from meeting your demon, to giving it what it needs in order for it to be pacified, to concluding by meeting your benevolent ally.
